The Difference between most bootcamps and Go: Fitness’ Group Training:

Science and a Plan.

Our Fast FIT and BYA Training are designed to follow a plan that allows you to get maximum workouts, without overtraining.  Our Coaches don’t exercise  with you, they are there to focus on you, and getting you the best workout.

Our Group Training has multiple training levels in each session, so if you are a beginner, you can workout right next to a seasoned veteran, and both of you will get a great workout. 

Most gyms’ paid Bootcamps are just a hodgepodge of what the trainers feel like doing that day. There is no science or plan involved.

At GO: Fitness all of our training and coaching are based on a scientific training model that we have developed and test for nearly 20 years.

 We also go out of our way to make this training fun, because we know that if the workout isn’t fun, you won’t want to do it consistently.

Right now, through the end of July, if you are not a member, and want to try out one of our Fast FIT classes, you can, for Free!

You just need to live within 10 miles of the gym, have a valid ID, and go on a Tour.
