FINAL 3 WOMEN NEEDED
for the "Turkey-Day Trim-Down" Contest!
...or we go with the women who are signed up by Friday Sept. 10th
Go: Fitness is looking for our last 3 women, who are not current members, who are at least 30 years old, who have more than 25 pounds of body-fat they want to lose, and are highly motivated to lose as much as possible over the next 10 weeks.
We want to prove that our nationally recognized system is highly effective for removing body-fat in a fun, and effective way.
We are offering our PT services and membership at a reduced rate to 6 highly motivated people.
Contest time:
September 20 – November 27 (Thanksgiving week)
Final Measurements within 4 days of the end of contest
Client gets:
• 10 Week Membership for Free
• 10 Weeks of Training at Half Price
• Functional Assessment, Metabolic and Body-Fat Test
• Before and after testing
• Gym bag and water bottle
• 20% discount on any personal supplements
Goals:
• Lose as much body-fat as possible over 10 weeks.
• Each person will get a better body, guaranteed!
• The person that wins the contest will get:
• A one year membership for first place
• Free Monthly Consultation with a Personal Trainer for a year
Client Requirements:
• Train with a Coach two times a week for 60 minutes each.
These sessions will include:
warm-up,
Workout
Cool-down with power-plate and stretching
• Workout on your own 2 other times per week doing 30 minutes of interval cardio or metabolic cardio circuits.
• Participate in our goal setting, accountability, and life-coaching.
• Track diet daily.
• Take before and after photos.
• Must be a Non-Member (from June 1, 2010 until now.)
• Total Price is $449 (Normal price would be $1,115)
When you sign up, we are having orientation Meeting/Measurements on either Saturday the 11th @ 11 am, or Sunday the 12th @ 2 pm. We can answer all your additional questions.
