We finished the Tire Station in front of Go: Fitness, over the weekend.
A lot of people are really pumped about this. However, some people are curious about what we, or they can do with it.
First thing is Sledgehammer Slams. If you are looking for a “High Impact” (sorry had to say it) anaerobic cardio workout, this is it. There are 4 basic swings, and if you do a Monthly Consultation with one of our professional coaches, they can teach them to you in ½ an hour.
This is free with any Go: Fitness Membership.
A few other things you can do are:
- Step Ups
- Push-Ups
- Jumps
- And Rubber Band Rows
This piece of equipment is a great compliment to our Bootcamp style playground out front.
