What are the workout times?
- Tuesday & Thursday @ 7:00 am
When does the Challenge start?
We will have your Workout Plan & Nutrition Orientation on these days/times:
- Thursday, April 13th @ 7:00 am – (You must attend)
- This will give you enough time to get to the store and get the real food you will need on your challenge.
Your first workouts will be on Tuesday April 18th at 7 am
What is the cost?
Our normal cost for this program would total over $696
But we have a way to get it down to only $297 for members
and only $347 for non members.
What kind of results do people get in 7 weeks?

- Q: Can I switch Groups when I get in?
- A: No
- Q: If I miss a session, can I make it up?
- A: You can make it up with a Monthly Consultation if you are a member, but if you are not a member or do not have any left, no. This is one way for us to keep down the costs
- Q: Can I divide up the payment?
- A: Yes, you first payment of $159 is due immediately. Your second payment of $159 is due on/by May 5th.
