
Until Go: Fitness, I was gaining and losing the same three pounds over and over and never coming close to my goal of losing the entire 30 lbs.
I realized through the GO: Fitness coaching program that I was failing because I had no plan, no motivation and no accountability. The workouts and nutrition plans are foolproof – everything is planned out and I started feeling results right away. My Coach made the workouts challenging but fun! Every time I conquered a completely new exercise, I truly felt proud of myself and wanted to do more!
My Coach would call me to keep me on track at first, but then I found myself coming in consistently, for me. As my energy rose, so did my motivation. In twelve weeks, I dropped over 29 lbs., 4 sizes, and gained more confidence to try keep going on to new goals! No more flailing with weight loss - - I have my health and am ready for new challenges!
My friends are gaga over my results and so am I. Go: Fitness rocks!

I have joined other gyms and had several trainers but never have had the experience that I have at GO:Fitness.
The last gym I belonged to for 3 years but hadn’t stepped foot into for over two of them! When I started at GO: Fitness I couldn’t do a push-up (even on my knees!)!
I am so amazed at how far I’ve come in just 8 weeks! Now I can do real push-ups, squat on a BOSU holding weights, and RUN sprints on the treadmill with ease! I feel so healthy and strong!
In addition to my amazing, twice a week workouts with a trainer, I follow the meal plan provided Free with my membership. I was amazed to find out that I wasn’t eating enough. The software is easy to use. It has taught me how to make healthier choices in my food selection. I have not had to give up everyday foods and I haven't had to eat anything "crazy." Rather, I've learned to eat normally by just controlling my portions and actually, eating more often.
GO:Fitness has not only changed my body but has also influenced many aspects of my life. My self-confidence has soared and my stress level has significantly decreased. I’ve experienced positive changes in all my relationships. I'm more effective as a parent, more organized in my work, as well as happier in my friendships and my marriage.
I know my results are from hard work and following the program from my trainer! Anyone can achieve the same results if you are committed to following the guidance GO:Fitness provides!

GO: Fitness is playing a critical role in helping me to work towards meeting my health and fitness goals. Today, I am in the best shape of my life. I used to be tired and sore all the time with little energy. Now if I am a little sore, it’s o.k.
I know I am pushing myself and the biggest difference is I have so much energy! The trainers have provided me with assistance with goal-setting, expert guidance on exercise and nutrition, and a sense of accountability. On top of all of that, the workouts are quick, efficient, and fun so I can get in, get out, and do more! I am doing more now than I ever have! All of my every day aches and pains are gone. Now, I feel great!

When I decided to start coming to Go, my weight was at an all time high. I was already a member at a nearby gym but was so uncomfortable by their rude, pushy staff that I rarely ever went. I cancelled my membership after my first workout with my coach at Go.
Even though it was extremely tough, my coach was supportive and pushed me to do what he knew I was capable of. When I first started out, I was physically and mentally in the worst shape of my life. I was having a hard time sleeping and I was never comfortable because I was so overweight. I was out of breath even tying my shoes. My low back started burning after standing for even a few minutes, and walking more than a few minutes caused my feet and legs to swell and my hips and back to ache constantly. As a nursing student, my clinical shifts were exhausting and unbearable and I was barely able to finish each shift. I was also depressed and embarrassed to leave the house because I was so ashamed at how overweight out of shape I was.
Now, after six weeks at Go, I have lost 18 pounds and 11 inches and I feel a million times better. My posture is better, my sleep is better, I’m happier than I’ve been all year and I am able not only to walk, but jog. I can lift weights I could never lift before and can finish the workout classes, compared to seeing spots after only a few minutes when I first started. My confidence has increased tremendously and I’m no longer ashamed to leave the house.
I know that I am going to achieve my fitness goals with the support I get from the Go Fitness staff. I am really comfortable at this gym and I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I live in the Columbus area.

In high school I was the girl that was active in sports, could eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, and not gain an ounce. Sadly after hitting thirty and health issues, I was not that girl anymore. I now knew what the other girls meant when they said they could look at food and gain weight. That “other girl” was now me.
After some starts and stops with exercising on my own, I joined a gym. They offered group classes for weight training with up to 30 people and large boot camp type classes. Nothing specific to me; but this time I was committed. I ended up staying for over two years.
I became disappointed after about a year when I was not seeing results. Their answer was to sell me protein powder and speed loss diets. Believing they knew what was best, I purchased the 3 day speed loss diet. Everything you would eat for three days was given to you in one box. By the end of the second day, I was so exhausted and irritable that I could not continue with the third day. I could not even make it through a work out on the second day of this “diet”.
I have had a lot of issues with being sold things I didn’t need, and being over promised and under delivered. So, I started looking for another gym, and that is when I found GO: Fitness.
After attending for a couple of weeks, I was hooked. Every time I walked in the gym someone acknowledged my arrival. I was not constantly offered items to purchase that would “help” with my goals. I had one-on-one training, where the coach was interested in all aspects of my life, not just the ½ hour I was in her presence.
Now I find working with a trainer helps me with accountability. I know that I will be asked about my progress outside of the gym along with my additional workouts. It also helps with completing the workouts to my fullest. When I feel that I just cannot complete the last few repetitions, the coach is right there telling me that I can finish and I always do….just that gentle pushing is what I need, because if I was working out on my own, I would have clearly stopped and not pushed myself to try to finish.
I began taking advantage of the FREE classes offered, especially the Yoga and Boot camp classes. I even attempted my first BYA after only being a member for a week. The workouts and classes pushed me to my limits, but I have never felt better after a workout. I can still go home, cook dinner, finish laundry, help with homework and still take time for myself after my daughter is in bed before getting to bed myself.
The philosophy of GO Fitness is a healthy lifestyle. They are not interested in how fast you can lose fat or inches…they are interested in you making lifestyle changes that will help you lose fat and inches in a healthy way and then maintain that loss. You will not get hurt during workouts, you will not be asked to purchase any additional products to help obtain your goal. Hard work, a clean diet and persistence is what get results.
I was very skeptical about seeing any results. But after only 8 weeks I was able to lose 12 pounds of fat. Yes, you heard me correctly 12 pounds of pure fat. WOW….where had this place been!!
Thank you GO Fitness for helping me with my healthy lifestyle change! This is now a way of life, not just some fad that will come and go.
