We offer monthly consultations to all our members to ensure we are all on the same page, and moving in the same direction. However, if you are a bit slow on attaining your goals, no worries. We have personal trainers who will help you keep on track to achieve your goals.

Sometimes we lose focus on our goals when we perceive the means to getting there as difficult. When this happens, you are likely to take a break, or go slow. Having a partner to keep reminding you of the goals will drastically improve your success rate. This is not any different with health and fitness goals. Our personal trainers are the drive force to achieving your health and fitness goals. They will plan your workouts and alternate them accordingly, educate you on best weight loss practices including nutrition, encourage you all the way, and finally they will optimize your workout schedules to ensure you achieve your results pretty quickly.


We work with everyone regardless of their age and goals. Anybody with a goal of keeping fit, losing weight, doing rehabilitation exercises to get rid of pain (especially if it comes with old age or occupation due to bad sitting postures), increase stamina (especially professional athletes) is welcome to train with us. Our coaches deliver their programs in a fun and motivating manner within a short duration of time.

We feel there is no "one-size fits all" training or membership plan. Why? Because we are not all one size. Therefore we offer several options for members and non-members to work with our Professional Fitness staff. This is the reason GO: Fitness has become the industry leader in Group Training. We like to give the best service to all our clients. The Go: Fitness Coaching Program offers more than just workouts. Once you are part of our training program, a personal trainer will take you through:

  • A Fitness Assessment to determine your level of fitness.
  • Setting achievable goals, and a plan on how to achieve them.
  • An Interval Cardio Program to hasten the results with remarkably less injuries.
  • A nutrition program to teach you on the best nutrition practices.
  • Regular assessments of your goals against your workout plans to determine the progress of the course.

The GO: Fitness Personal Training Program is for people who need help in attaining their goals. Our coaches will be available at your convenience at the gym, to take you through your routine workouts. The services are scheduled beforehand.

Group Training offers you the ideal option to work with a Coach, but in a low cost and in a non-commitment sort of way.We offer a variety of far-from-the-ordinary group training programs! Fast F.I.T, Pump & Pedal, and B.Y.A. are a mix of unique programs and training methods designed for all fitness levels to work with a fitness professional in a small group setting.

Sessions are intended to be convenient and time efficient by maximizing your training efforts with the latest functional strength and performance training methods. Sessions usually have 4-8 participants. Space is limited to allow for more attention from the coach.

You will find that having a structured workout and the motivation of others, will help you make the most out of every minute. You will learn and experience a variety of non-traditional exercises sure to challenge and keep you guessing what our fitness coaches have in store next! This will give you more confidence in handling new challenges, both inside the gym, and out.

As for the results…your core strength, balance, endurance, power and flexibility will improve, while burning fat and building muscle tone will sculpt your body like no other! You’ll enjoy the motivation, and sometimes competition, of working with other members and friends. Don’t worry…all workouts are scaled to your ability and strength levels.
