Workouts

Group Training

Loud music, larger groups (1-12 people), and a continually changing workout means you will never get bored while you are getting your sweat on.

Semi-Private Training

Smaller groups (1-6 people) and a progressive, structured workout plan that does not lock you into certain days/times.

We take regular measurements and focus on form, which means you will see changes – all while meeting new people.

Private Coaching

You can train 1-on-1 or on a private team with a Coach, working at specific days and times. This program is created to focus on progress and get you maximum results.

Online & Virtual Training

Working out at a distance has become more common place these days. GO: Fitness has Private Coaching and Group Training available online or on demand for people who still want to train at a distance.

Looking to increase your strength and burn calories up to 24 hours longer? Join us for Chiseled as coaches help to push you moving heavy weight, kicking up your power and getting CHISELED.

BLAST

Looking for that BEAST LEVEL workout? Condition like an athlete with the power of a beast. Beast Level Anaerobic Strength Training is just what you need to help get an amazing workout and feel like an Olympian.

RESTORE
Large Group (12 Max)

In Restore you will learn effective ways to foam roll and stretch the muscles back out while increasing your mobility and ease of movement. Less calorie burning and more recovery learning.

Fundamentals

Sometimes we need to get back to building our foundation and focus on moving better. This session does all of that while making you work up a sweat. This specialty session can help the beginner or intermediate gym person get better at how they move, so they can see better results in and out of the gym.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private has 6 people max for more time and attention with the coach.

Fast F.I.T.

Semi-Private (6 people max)

Burn the fat and sculpt the body with Fast F.I.T.  You will build strength, gain muscle, and work on converting fat to energy. Our Function Integrated Training is a great way to have a coach focused session without the cost on 1:1 coaching.

Pump & Pedal
Semi-Private (6 people max)

Pump and Pedal is a dynamic workout that combines high intensity cycling with pumping out reps using a variety of weighted exercises to increase your fitness level. So, get ready to sweat it out with this session as you ride your way to the top of your fitness goals.

Bulgarian Bags, Rubberbands, & Medicine Balls
Semi-Private (6 people max)

Bulgarian Bags are a staple in a lot of colleges for building core strength, while working on endurance and coordination. These unique bags are very functional and fun, while challenging the mind and the body. When you couple them with Rubber-bands and with Medicine Balls, you are sure to get an effective workout that you cannot get anywhere else.

Bells, Bags, & Rings

Kettlebells, Sandbags and Suspension Training (Rings) are a functional fitness routine that gets you feeling and looking fabulous.Your coach will help you push, pull, and swing your way to your next fitness level, all while having a great time.

Fusion

Semi-Private (6 people max)

Fusion CST combines power and metabolic training. Participants build muscle and burn calories in record time. Sessions are a high-intensity, total-body workout with intermittent periods of recovery.

With Fusion sessions, participants select their own pace and intensity, making them accessible for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.

When you become a member you get access to an unlimited amount of online training classes. We are constantly recording, updating, and uploading new training sessions that you can do at home.

You can also view our YouTube channel that provides basic techniques to some common moves.
