Why we are different

GO:Fitness focuses on your total fitness, not just how much weights you can lift in the gym. Our functional training system includes elements of our Four Pillars of Success.

1. Exercise

Don’t workout like a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or somebody wanting to compete in the games if those aren’t your personal goals. Workout in a way that gets the results you want.

We give you a member ‘on-point’ session each month, so you can work with a coach to keep on track to reach your goals.

3. Recovery

One of the most important and overlooked part of getting results is recovery.

We know we need to focus on the physical, mental and emotional recuperation between workouts. How else can you give your best in life and in the gym? We help teach you the tools to help recover more effectively.

2. Nutrition

You can’t outwork a bad diet, no matter how many miles you put on the treadmill.

We are not about strict, restrictive, or unrealistic diets – that’s a recipe for failure.

Instead every membership comes with meal planning software to ensure you have a nutrition plan that works for you.

4. Coaching

No one is truly successful on their own; everyone needs help.

When it comes to fitness, most people need assistance in one (or more)of these areas; education (planning), motivation, and accountability. Thus we at Go:Fitness train or trainers to excel in these areas.
