Thank you very much for inquiring about our fitness center.
We realize you have many choices available when it comes to fitness gyms and we’d like to take the time to thank you for allowing us to present some information concerning our business.
Having been involved in the fitness training business for over 20 years, we became increasingly frustrated at the poor standards in the health club industry. Quite simply we became sick and tired of health clubs where sales numbers were more important than member results, personal training standards were ridiculously poor and good fitness training programs and qualified instruction were almost impossible to find. We set out to create the solution. And we did.
We believe we have the best fitness center in the area with the most attentive and knowledgeable staff, the most cutting edge personal training methods and a clean and comfortable physical plant. You won’t find a more qualified or more highly trained fitness training team anywhere. We also believe we offer many things none of the other fitness gyms in the area offer, such as our lifestyle enhancement programs based on improving the activities in your life such as running, golf, biking or any of the other sports you might participate in as part of your life.
But we also feel that talk is cheap, though, and every owner will tell you that he or she is proud of the fitness center they own, and that member results are very important to them.
What truly sets us apart from the rest of the health clubs in the area is that we are the only fitness center in the area you can experience before you make a commitment. You can come in and meet with one of our fitness coaches, become a member for 10 days and see if our fitness gym is for you without any obligation. More importantly - we are the only Columbus fitness center whose sole focus is not on membership numbers - but on our member’s results. So come in and you’ll meet with a qualified personal trainers and fitness consultants - we don’t have salespeople - meet our staff and decide for yourself. If we’re not up to your standards, if we’re not the best, then don’t become a member. It’s that simple.
We understand that making a decision to work out is difficult. Will I like the other members? Can I really stick with it this time? Will the staff appreciate my business after the sale? These are fair questions that can only be answered by coming in experiencing what GO: Fitness has to offer. It’s hard to hide bad service, poor staff or a lack of knowledge face-to-face. We’re proud of what we do here and feel that if we’re given a chance you’ll want to do business with us.
We’ve been servicing clients in this community for a number of years and are proud to be a locally owned and operated business. We are not striving to be the cheapest gym in town. This is by choice. Poor service, poor staff and poor member results are all part of being a cheaply priced facility. To our way of doing business, you can’t be the best and the cheapest at the same time.
This also means that our fitness gym is not for everyone in the community. If you are looking for results and you appreciate quality, then we’re for you. If price is your deciding factor, you won’t be happy with us. We really do feel we are the best and we’re worth it.

At our fitness gym we focus on you right from the beginning. We give each person a personalized tour of our Fitness Gym Columbus. This tour starts with a short conversation about what your goals are and what you want out of a membership (just to make sure we are a fit for you), and then we show you the club, the small group fitness classes, and how our fitness center can help you reach your goals.
We take our mission to help you get results very seriously.
We give you every tool to make you successful; such as free exercise and nutrition software, free fitness newsletters, and built-in (free) monthly personal training consultation. We are even going to call you if you are not using your membership. GO: Fitness cares about you, provide solutions tailored to meet your individual needs and help you be successful.
The focus of our fitness gym also includes the training of our staff. The personal success of each gym member is why we are in business, and our training focus on that. Each of our staff members participates in 100 hours of training on attitude and attention on how to make your experience better and help you get results.
